Greg Entwistle
Non-Executive Chairman
Greg is an experienced mining executive who has functioned in multiple countries worldwide. He has played a key role in the development of mines across many commodities. Greg has over 40 years’ experience in design, development and operations in various roles including as a project director, mine manager and Chief Operations Officer.
Matthew Bull
Executive Director
Mr Bull is a geologist with over 10 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has worked in a wide range of commodities including graphite, bauxite, gold, iron ore, copper and coal. He has considerable experience on the operation greenfield and resource development drilling exploration programs. His previous positions include consultant geologist working on Discovery Africa’s Tanzanian Graphite Project and CEO/Chief Geologist at Baru Resources.
Mr Bull was previously a Director/Exploration Manager of Volt Resources (ASX:VRC) and Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN).
Samuel Baker
Non-Executive Director
Mr Baker is a mining engineer and executive with more than a decade’s experience. He brings to the Board hands-on operational depth, mine engineering capability and commercial project development experience, including direct involvement in government, heritage and statutory approvals processes across Western Australia, with relationships spanning contractors, engineers, consultants and resource companies domestically and internationally. Mr Baker holds qualifications in mining engineering and business administration alongside relevant statutory mining certifications.
