Ken Banks

Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Banks is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. He has held a number of senior management positions notably Chief Financial Officer for two previously ASX-listed mining companies, and Director of an Australian subsidiary company (TWP Australia) which belonged to an internationally listed multi-discipline mining engineering consultancy. He has gained experience in Australia, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, and Brazil by actively participating in the establishment of businesses in all four countries. His most recent position was as General Manager – Corporate, for one of Western Australia’s leading mining services businesses, MLG Oz.

Matt Bull

Executive Director
Mr Bull is a geologist with over 10 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has worked in a wide range of commodities including graphite, bauxite, gold, iron ore, copper and coal. He has considerable experience on the operation greenfield and resource development drilling exploration programs. His previous positions include consultant geologist working on Discovery Africa’s Tanzanian Graphite Project and CEO/Chief Geologist at Baru Resources.

Mr Bull was previously a Director/Exploration Manager of Volt Resources (ASX:VRC) and Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN).

Greg Entwistle

Non-Executive Director
Mr Entwistle holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Paterson Resources Limited.  He has vast knowledge and experience in the resources value chain, from senior executive roles in feasibility through to production in emerging and developed mining jurisdictions.

Greg’s past roles include Director of Operations for Agincourt Resources in Indonesia, COO for Kapulo & Dikulushi Copper Projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Engineering and Production Manager for Newmont’s Telfer Operation in Western Australia and the Halmahera Operation in Indonesia.   In most recent years, Greg has been acting as a specialist consultant in the global graphite industry for companies such as International Graphite Limited and Battery Limits, and was previously the Project Director for Armadale’s Mahenge Graphite Project.
